This Delivery Policy explains how access is delivered for Growth Setup digital products, including subscriptions, one-off credit packs, and optional professional services.
Growth Setup provides business analytics software and does not deliver physical goods.
2. Subscription Delivery
Subscription access is delivered digitally to your account. For card-based online payments, activation is typically immediate after successful payment authorization.
Once active, your plan features and credit allowances become available in your account dashboard.
3. Credit Pack Delivery
One-off credit packs are delivered to the purchasing account as balance credits. For instant payment methods, credits are usually applied immediately.
If manual verification is required, credits are applied after payment confirmation.
4. Manual Payment Processing
Where payment method requires manual confirmation (for example, bank transfer or specific offline methods), activation may take up to 1-2 business days after payment evidence and reconciliation.
You may be asked to provide payment proof through the billing section to expedite verification.
5. Professional Services Delivery
Optional services (such as website development, Shopify, WordPress, and SEO implementation) are delivered according to a written scope, milestone plan, and agreed timeline.
Project start dates depend on discovery completion, scope sign-off, and payment terms in the service agreement.
6. Delays and Exceptions
Delivery may be delayed by payment failures, missing onboarding details, fraud-prevention checks, third-party provider outages, or other events outside our reasonable control.
If a delay occurs, we provide status updates and revised expectations through your registered contact details.
