What is Growth Setup?
Growth Setup is a SaaS platform that runs a structured Growth Readiness Audit. It evaluates your business and returns a readiness score, executive report, and 90-day roadmap.
What does the Growth Readiness Audit evaluate?
The audit evaluates five dimensions: Financial Health, Market Position, Operations, Team & Capacity, and Channels & Growth.
How long does the audit take?
Most teams complete the audit in about 8 minutes.
How is the score calculated?
The score is generated from your submitted inputs using structured evaluation logic across all five dimensions, then normalized into a 0-100 readiness score.
What do readiness levels mean?
Readiness labels (for example, Early Stage, Developing, or Scale-Ready) summarize your current execution maturity based on the overall score and category performance.
Can I retake the audit?
Yes. You can retake the audit to measure progress over time. Each run uses one AI credit under your current plan.

What do I get after submitting the audit?
You receive a 0-100 score, a dimension-level breakdown, executive summary, strengths and critical weaknesses, validation notes, and a prioritized 90-day roadmap.
Can I see an example before starting?
Yes. You can review the sample report at /sample-report before running your own audit.
Does the report include a 90-day plan?
Yes. The roadmap is structured month-by-month so teams can move from diagnosis to execution quickly.
Can I share the report with my team?
Yes. Reports are designed for internal planning, leadership reviews, and execution meetings.
Can I download the report as a PDF?
PDF export is available on paid plans.
Are recommendations guaranteed outcomes?
No. The platform provides analytics and planning guidance. Business outcomes depend on execution quality, market conditions, and operating constraints.
Account & Access
Managing your account, audits, and workspace access.
Do I need an account to use the platform?
You can start the public audit flow, but creating an account is recommended for history, report access, and billing management.
Where can I find my previous audits?
Signed-in users can access prior audits and reports from the app dashboard and audit history pages.
Can I update my profile and company details?
Yes. Account profile fields can be updated from Settings in the app area.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion from your settings workflow. This permanently removes access and associated account data according to policy retention rules.
Can multiple team members use one account?
For shared workflows, use proper account and access management. If you need organization-level controls, contact us for the best setup.
How do I get support if I cannot access my account?

Pricing, Credits & Billing
Plans, AI credit usage, billing cycles, and refunds.
What is included in the free plan?
The free plan includes limited monthly AI credits and core audit access so you can evaluate the platform before upgrading.
How do AI credits work?
Each completed audit run consumes one AI credit. Credit limits and monthly allowances depend on your subscription tier.
Do unused credits roll over?
Unless explicitly stated in plan terms, unused credits do not roll over into the next billing cycle.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can change plans, and billing treatment follows your current pricing and billing policy terms.

Is Growth Setup a financial services provider?
No. Growth Setup provides business analytics software and does not provide financial, banking, or money transmission services.

Service scopes can be mapped directly to roadmap priorities and high-risk gaps identified by your audit report.
