What's included in the free plan?
The Free plan includes 5 AI credits per month, basic audit summaries, and your last 3 saved audits. It's designed to let you explore the Growth Readiness Audit and see how it works before committing to a paid plan.
How do AI credits work?
Each time you run a Growth Readiness Audit, it uses 1 AI credit. Credits reset at the start of each billing period. Unused credits do not roll over.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the billing page. Changes take effect immediately, with prorated billing for the remainder of the current period.
What payment methods do you accept?
Supported payment methods include card checkout, bank transfer, PayPal, and payment links (based on current platform configuration). Your plan is activated after successful payment confirmation.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid plan, we offer a full prorated refund. Contact us at info@growthsetup.co.uk or +447916621287 to request one.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes. If annual discounting is enabled, the exact percentage is shown directly on the pricing cards.
